Job Summary
The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, procurement documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
The role requires strong attention to detail, sound accounting fundamentals, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting audits and reporting processes.
Core Responsibilities
Record and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Support accounts payable and supplier reconciliations
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
Maintain accurate procurement and financial documentation
Support audits, budget tracking, and expense monitoring.
Qualifications
BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
2 – 4 years’ experience in accounting, procurement, or related roles
Basic accounting knowledge (AP, reconciliations, documentation)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo)
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.
