IT/Finance Analyst at Rehlko

The IT/Finance Analyst is responsible for providing local IT coordination and support for Clarke Energy Nigeria while working closely with the central UK IT team to ensure effective operation of business systems, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
The role also leads business intelligence solutions and management reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison between Nigeria and the UK IT team.
Provide first-line IT support and coordinate incident resolution.
Manage local office IT infrastructure including networks, servers, switches and related equipment.
Build, configure, deploy and maintain user devices and peripherals.
Support on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
Maintain IT asset registers and life cycle management.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards across business functions.
Produce KPI and management reports.
Lead process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Support data analysis, forecasting and business performance reviews.
