The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across enterprise-scale technology platforms.
The role involves translating business requirements into effective design solutions, maintaining design standards and artefacts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality user experiences aligned with business objectives and governance standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong UX/UI expertise, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to evolving project demands and technologies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Design user-centric interfaces and experiences aligned with business and user needs.
Translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX design solutions.
Develop and maintain UI specifications, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design artefacts.
Work effectively within defined timelines while adapting to changing priorities and project demands.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
Utilize UI/UX design tools, design systems, and collaboration platforms effectively.
Ensure compliance with responsive design, accessibility, usability, scalability, and governance standards.
Support multiple projects and design initiatives where required.
Maintain strong documentation and handover processes for design deliverables.
Contribute to enterprise design governance and adherence to approved design standards.
Ensure awareness and application of accessibility and secure design considerations.
Quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, technologies, and design requirements.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Must have completed NYSC.
Minimum of 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience depending on role level (Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
Demonstrated experience working within enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, usability standards, and responsive design.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools and modern design systems.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and collaboration platforms.
