We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our team in Apapa, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and supporting the development of a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Organize safety trainings and awareness programs
Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
Requirements
B.Sc Degree /HND in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years relevant HSE experience
Basic HSE certifications will be an added advantage
Good communication and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
