Recruitment and placement: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and issuing salary offers, as well as preparing employment notices and labor contracts for new employees.
Onboarding and Off boarding Management: Organize and implement new employee onboarding training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company; manage employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, handling offboarding procedures, and completing final settlements.
Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving basic employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and local labor laws. Support the organization of employee engagement activities, such as team building and holiday celebrations.
Maintain and update all human resources policies, procedures, and employee manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
At least 3 years of work experience in human resources, with priority given to those with experience in the fintech industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with employees at all levels in a clear and professional manner;
Proactive and problem-solving abilities;
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
