What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations
Experience in performance management and HR administration
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws
