Key Responsibilities
Drive product and innovation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to develop impactful solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology products.
Drive adoption, revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
Ensure products meet industry standards, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is an added advantage.
10–12 years’ experience in Product Management, Innovation, or Strategy roles.
Proven track record in business technology solutions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product portfolios.
Strong success record in launching and scaling enterprise products.
