About the Role

TLP Media is looking for a Head of Operations who is forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and passionate about building systems that drive growth.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of identifying operational gaps while implementing sustainable solutions.
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions; we need a self-led individual who thinks strategically and executes effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve operational systems and workflows across the organization.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Work closely with management to execute the company's vision and strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
Oversee internal processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Leverage digital tools and technology to optimize operations.
Track performance metrics and provide regular operational reports.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience using productivity and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
