We are seeking a results-driven Growth & Partnerships Executive to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and converting leads into active partners that contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective partners, clients, and institutions through targeted outreach and field activities
Drive lead generation and conversion into active partnerships and revenue opportunities
Build and manage strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term value
Execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and activations to increase adoption of company offerings
Maintain accurate pipeline reports, tracking all engagements and conversion stages
Follow up consistently on leads to ensure progression and closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner experience
Meet defined growth, partnership, and revenue targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet targets in a performance-driven environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Good reporting and data tracking skills
