This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor based in Lagos. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee and manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and logistics. Key responsibilities include supervising fleet staff, ensuring efficient fleet management, monitoring maintenance schedules, and ensuring the optimal performance of all vehicles. The role requires effective communication with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
Strong Supervisory and Communication Skills
Experience overseeing vehicle Maintenance schedules and ensuring upkeep
Effective organizational and problem-solving skills to manage teams and ensure operational efficiency
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
HND/Bachelor's degree in sciences or social science courses
