enhancing the quality of life.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment.
Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Conduct profitability and cost analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned by your line Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA) is a plus.
