Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing systems within residential properties and estates.
Handle water supply, drainage, sewage, sanitary fittings, pumps, tanks, valves, and related plumbing infrastructure.
Diagnose and repair leakages, blockages, low water pressure, faulty fittings, and drainage issues.
Carry out preventive maintenance on plumbing systems across completed and occupied properties.
Respond promptly to plumbing faults and maintenance requests from residents, facility managers, and site teams.
Inspect plumbing installations during construction and handover stages.
Ensure plumbing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and good industry practice.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, materials used, and outstanding issues.
Coordinate with electricians, facility managers, technicians, and contractors where works overlap.

Requirements

OND / HND, technical certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing/Mechanical Services.
5 – 7 years working experience in residential plumbing, estate maintenance, or building services.
Practical knowledge of pumps, water storage systems, drainage, sanitary installations, and residential plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.

Remuneration is open for negotiation and will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
