Are you an experienced Facility or Property Manager with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and maintaining premium spaces?
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a high-end shortlet apartment in Lagos and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, top-tier experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations including power, lifts, swimming pool, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Supervise facility staff, cleaners, technicians, and third-party vendors.
Ensure high hospitality standards and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Ensure full health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Support initiatives that drive occupancy and attract clients.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facility Manager or Property Manager.
Experience managing shortlets, hotels, or serviced apartments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of building systems, lifts, swimming pools, and utilities.
Demonstrated ability to attract clients and drive occupancy.
Good understanding of shortlet platforms and hospitality operations.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage operations under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency (reports, emails, booking platforms).
