Inspect lights, sockets, electrical fittings, plumbing, water systems, generator, inverter, solar systems, air conditioners and building facilities; perform minor repairs; record generator hours and fuel use; report hazards; coordinate technicians; and maintain preventive-maintenance records.

Requirements:

OND, technical certificate or trade-test qualification in electrical, mechanical, building services or a related trade; practical maintenance experience; and knowledge of workplace safety.
