The company has over 4000 acres of land in its Estates cut across three developing Real Estate areas in the sub urban areas, to be developed into an Estate with affordability status for low and medium income earners.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Protocol Manager to oversee all protocol, hospitality, and official engagement activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination of executive movements, VIP visits, corporate events, and stakeholder engagements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and organizational representation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all protocol activities for executives, VIPs, government officials, and distinguished guests. Organize and oversee executive travel arrangements, airport receptions, accommodation, security coordination, and transportation logistics. Coordinate official ceremonies, corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special engagements. Ensure adherence to protocol etiquette, organizational standard.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in protocol, corporate affairs, administration, hospitality, or executive support.
Strong knowledge of protocol etiquette, event coordination, and executive hospitality.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
