We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Growth Marketer to join our team and drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, sales growth, and revenue generation across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies that attract qualified leads, improve conversion rates, optimize campaigns, and scale business growth.
This role requires someone who understands both the creative and performance side of marketing and can use data-driven insights to improve results continuously
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives
Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across our social media platforms.
Ability to edit and create blog posts on WordPress
Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance metrics including conversions, CPL, ROAS, CAC, engagement, and revenue impact
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
Experience using digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
Experience in B2B, tech, renewable energy, or fast-growing businesses is an added advantage
