From its maiden advent in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing in the mid-80′s, the Group diversified into bulk importation of Industrial Chemicals, affordable Pharmaceuticals and Surgicals, Commodities, Polyethylenes, Automobiles, Electronics and White Goods. In continuing with the Group’s philosophy of leading by example, the successful commissioning of a Plastics Plant for household products in the year 2000 was followed by the setting up of a Pharmaceutical Formulation Plant and a Table Water Bottling Plant in 2003. We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own and grow our online presence.
If you live for campaigns, love digging into data, and know how to turn clicks into customers, this role is for you.
You’ll work onsite with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.
Job Description
Manage Campaigns: Plan and run Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns with clear ROI targets.
Own Social & Content: Develop content calendars, write copy, and coordinate with design to grow engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
SEO & Website: Work on-page SEO, keyword research, and collaborate with web dev to improve site performance and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and next steps.
Email Marketing: Set up and optimize email flows, newsletters, and automations using tools like Mailchimp/Klaviyo.
Market Research: Keep tabs on competitors, trends, and audience behavior to find new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for what makes content perform
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
Data-driven mindset – you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses
