The Digital Marketer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through digital channels to generate leads, increase brand awareness, support sales growth, and improve customer engagement.
The role involves managing online campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and digital communication strategies to attract residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
Generate quality leads for the sales team through online marketing channels.
Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
Create engaging marketing content such as flyers, videos, captions, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Run and monitor paid advertisements on social media and search engines.
Respond to online inquiries and direct potential customers to the sales team.
Support marketing activities for FTTH packages, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare periodic performance reports.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities online.
Improve brand visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Coordinate with the sales department to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, campaign results, and customer engagement metrics.
Ensure all online communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management within the Telecom Industry is a must.
Knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Good understanding of customer engagement and online sales strategies.
Work Conditions:
