Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, business growth, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
Interpret trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports.
Support departments with data-driven recommendations.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Collaborate with teams to understand reporting and analysis requirements.
Prepare presentations and summaries for management review.
Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
