Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Executive who is energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, generating sales, and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert enquiries into sales and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and existing customers.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
Prepare sales and customer service reports as required.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives.
Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Must reside in or around Anthony, Ikeja, Maryland, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Oshodi, or nearby locations.
