We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to support our customer experience team.
The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive timely and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.
