Key responsibilities and requirements

Call customers, follow up and keep accurate interaction records
Handle customer enquiries by phone and  social media
Send order confirmations and customer feedback reports
Assist with content creation, and Facebook ads
Assist in managing the company's social media accounts
Support the sales team and exhibition events
Must have degree or HND in English language, linguistics, Mass communication and related field
Minimum One year experience in customer care services
Willing to travel for exhibition when it demand
Must be organized , able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
