We’re looking for a Credit Analyst & Portfolio Officer who can evaluate loan applications accurately and manage the health of an active lending portfolio day to day. This is not a policy-writing or oversight role. You will be reviewing real applications, making real recommendations, tracking real repayments, and flagging real risks on a portfolio that is growing. You need to be someone who is comfortable with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and understands how informal businesses actually operate.
You will work closely with the operations team, the finance function, and directly with Management. This is a hybrid role based in Abuja.
