Consumer Sales Representative at Swift Networks
Our company, Swift Networks is an Indigenous Internet Service Provider Company with outlets spread all over Lagos State. Our core services are the provision of high speed internet services, telephony and IP – VPN services to both residential and enterprise subscribers.Job Objective
Responsible for communicating with potential customers through the telephone, to develop an effective pipeline of new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for attending to outbound sales enquiry calls and online sales chat with prospective customers.
Aggressively make cold calls and sell to existing and prospective customers and the company's service solutions while achieving daily call targets.
Processing online orders promptly, setting reminders, and following up with generated leads to build a relationship with prospective customers.
Maintaining a good customer relationship with existing customers to enhance customer retention while managing churn customers to re-establish contact.
Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Obtain new customers' information, payment, and process orders online promptly.
Achieve and exceed sales targets in the area of subscribers and revenue consistently while converting prospective clients into long-term sales relationships and opportunities.
Apply the ideal and professional phone etiquette.
To carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
The job holder must have a Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) or HND- Upper Credit in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2-4 years of work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1 year of work experience.
Knowledge, Skill, and Competencies:
Pleasant and friendly mannerisms.
Basic computer knowledge- the person should be adept in using search tools, a browser, and also be familiar with email features and the CRM solution.
Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written).
Good negotiation and persuasive skills to aggressively cold call, follow up, and close sales.
A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, yet a team player.
Knowledge of Windows-based applications as well as various internet technologies.
A fast learner with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Ability to adapt to change – meets the changing demands of the work environment.
A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
