Computer Sales Manager at Compovine Technologies

The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, three Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, Heads of Departments and the Company Secretary. At the helm of affairs of the management team is the MD/CEO, through whom information is disseminated down to other officers of the organization and vice versa. Board/Management TeamResponsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Identify and establish relationships with new clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments
Provide sales forecasts and budgets to management
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 – 15 years work experience.
