We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Support Officer to serve as the key point of contact for our customers and distribution partners.
The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure seamless order processing, and deliver excellent service that supports business growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, orders, and service requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
Track client orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate client records and generate reports using Excel
Prepare client communications, reports, and documentation using MS Word
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Monitor client feedback and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience in client support, customer service, or account coordination (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word (a must)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
