We bring certainty into direction of business affairs.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise daily site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and ITPs.
Uphold ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
Integrate HSE requirements into planning and execution; participate in toolbox talks and PTW processes.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, progress updates, material requisitions, and technical logs.
Coordinate with QS and procurement for material take-offs, MIRs, and supplier approvals.
Track work progress against schedule; report variances and recovery actions to the Team Lead.
Support testing and commissioning activities and punch-list closure.
Maintain ISO-compliant documentation (revision control, traceability, audit readiness).
Collaborate with subcontractors, client representatives, and consultants during inspections and reviews.
Escalate technical risks and non-conformities; implement remedial actions under supervision.
Uphold ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements; raise RFIs for clarifications.
Perform QA/QC checks: material verification, inspection requests, test witnessing, NCR follow-up.
Check technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Essential Requirements
First Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building or a related discipline.
9 – 11 years in construction engineering roles including site supervision, QA/QC, and documentation (Mandatory).
Must be COREN certified.
ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 awareness training (Required).
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar); familiarity with discipline software (Required).
Excellent leadership & managerial skills.
Must have knowledge of construction design.
