We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Company's financial operations and support business growth across its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
Drive profitability through financial analysis and business insights.
Lead and develop the finance team while partnering with executive management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA/Master's is an advantage).
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
7–10 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles (Banking experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and financial strategy.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
