Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end sales operations and route-to-market execution within assigned axis
Drive achievement of sales volume, revenue, and distribution targets
Manage, coach, and supervise the sales team (including Van and Open Market Sales Reps) within the territory
Develop and strengthen relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers
Identify growth opportunities and expand market share within the axis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide strategic recommendations
Ensure proper stock management, merchandising standards, and outlet coverage
Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports for Management
Requirements
Proven 7 years experience in FMCG sales management, ideally within the relevant axis
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Sound knowledge of the assigned territory\'s trade landscape
Salary: N500,000 (Total Package) with HMO, Pension & Group Life Insurance
