We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships for our Forex Brokerage business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, Forex trading industry, and customer acquisition strategies, with proven experience in training and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Identify and onboard new retail and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Present the company's products and services to prospective clients and partners.
Drive account funding and trading activity among new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Organize webinars, seminars, and client education sessions.
Train and mentor business development executives and relationship managers on sales, client acquisition, and market knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
4 – 6 years' experience in Business Development within Forex, Financial Services, Investment, FinTech, or Brokerage industries.
Strong knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, financial markets, and investment products.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience in team leadership, coaching, and training.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
