Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Promote and sell granite, stones, and construction materials to contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and industry engagements.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development or sales within the construction materials, building materials, or related industry.
Strong understanding of granite, stones, and construction materials market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Existing network within the construction and real estate industry is an added advantage.
