We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager with previous banking marketing experience to drive property sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a former banker with an existing client base, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to convert high-net-worth leads into successful real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective marketing and business development strategies for residential, commercial, and short-let properties
Leverage existing banking-sector leads and relationships to generate real estate sales opportunities
Source and manage new clients, investors, landlords, and corporate organizations
Promote property listings through physical inspections, site visits, digital platforms, and direct client engagement
Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients
Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare regular sales, marketing, and performance reports
Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development
Former banker (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking background preferred)
Must have existing client leads that can be converted to real estate opportunities
Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales is a strong advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Lagos real estate market (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island is an advantage)
Valid driving license with proven driving skills (mandatory)
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
