Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development/Sales within the Oil & Gas or Energy Services sector.
Strong understanding of oilfield services, EPC projects, and manpower outsourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
An established network within the energy sector will be an added advantage.
