We’re looking for highly driven Business Development Executives to lead sales effortsin Lagos. Focus: Closing deals & generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, visits, and presentations
Pitch products/services and deliver compelling sales demonstrations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively
Maintain CRM records of pipeline activities and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide post-sales support and retain key clients
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the team
Attend industry events and represent the company externally
Eligibility
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and business development
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work with targets and achieve results consistently
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
A self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of cloud services, IT infrastructure, or SaaS is a plus
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (or equivalent ).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and business development
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales/revenue targets.
