We are looking for a results driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the Bank's customer base, increasing deposits, and promoting our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the Bank's client base.
Drive deposit mobilization by attracting and retaining individual and corporate customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and financial advisory support.
Promote the Bank's products and services, including savings, investment, and loan offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
4–5 years' proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly deposits and loan products.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and business development abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth.
