As an Emzor Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Emzor\'s pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within your assigned territory. You will support the company\'s sales and marketing objectives by effectively communicating product benefits, identifying business opportunities, and driving prescription and sales growth while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute effective, objective-driven call plans within the assigned territory.
Regularly visit healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders to promote Emzor products.
Deliver compelling product presentations and utilize customer-focused selling techniques to achieve sales objectives.
Maintain accurate post-call records and utilize customer insights to improve sales performance.
Distribute promotional materials and product samples in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Utilize approved marketing tools and campaigns to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, or any related health science discipline.
Proven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.
