The Company was incorporated in July 2011 and Bukka Hut, opened for business on 01 August 2011.

The Back of House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and back-of-house area.
The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food is prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring smooth and timely food production.
The ideal candidate must have supervisory skills and also be able to cook and support the kitchen team when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen and back-of-house staff.
Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to approved recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Cook and assist with food preparation when required.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.
Manage kitchen inventory and report shortages when necessary.
Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
Ensure the safe use of kitchen equipment and proper adherence to operational procedures.
Work with other teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE or relevant qualification.
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
Must have practical cooking skills and be able to prepare meals according to standard recipes.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
