We are seeking experienced and result-driven professionals to fill the position of Area Sales Manager (Medical) for Ibadan territory.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within assigned territory
Manage, supervise, and motivate Medical Sales Representatives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
Prepare periodic sales reports and territory performance analysis
Ensure effective coverage and customer engagement across assigned locations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
5 – 7 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory)
Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a supervisory sales role is and added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilites
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales operations and territory management
