With us, you’ll experience.Mshel Homes Limited is looking for a proactive and organised Affiliate Officer to manage and grow our network of affiliates and external agents. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliates, ensuring they are fully equipped, informed, and supported to effectively market our properties. As affiliates are a critical sales force multiplier for our business, this role is key to driving sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously seek to grow the company's affiliate base by identifying and onboarding new affiliates and external real estate agents
Manage and coordinate all affiliate groups, ensuring each group is active, engaged, and well-informed
Provide affiliates with all necessary information, tools, and resources to effectively market the company's products — including property listings, pricing, payment plans, brochures, and marketing materials
Organise and coordinate site visits and property tours for affiliates and their prospective clients
Plan and conduct detailed periodic training sessions to keep affiliates updated on products, sales techniques, market trends, and company policies
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they are fully equipped and ready to begin marketing from day one
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all active affiliates and agents
Manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and payment coordination
Monitor affiliate activity and performance metrics to ensure consistent lead generation
Resolve affiliate complaints, disputes, and escalations promptly
Ensure affiliates comply with company standards, brand guidelines, and ethical practices
Identify top-performing affiliates and implement recognition and incentive programmes
Generate regular affiliate performance reports for the Department Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sales, partnerships, or relationship management
Real estate experience is an advantage
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
Prior Experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM software).
Data analysis and reporting skills to track affiliate performance.
Team player with a proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
