PROFORCE has exploited its deep technical know-how to produce outstanding armored products for Government Agencies, Corporate Bodies, Diplomatic Communities and Private individuals within Nigeria and Africa.We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate day-to-day office activities, maintain proper documentation, and ensure the smooth running of administrative operations.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, computer literate, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize company records, files, documents, and correspondence.
Administers the day-to-day activities of the office develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation;
Provides assistance and support to the Head of Department in problem solving, project planning and management, development and execution of stated goals and objectives;
Systematically filing important company documents.
Documentation and Records of all purchases.
Facilitate resources management and administration procedures and necessary documentation;
Assist in coordinating company logistics and administrative arrangements.
Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the office;
Administers petty departmental funds, plans and monitors expenditures as appropriate, develops and/or coordinates budgets for the office and associated tasks/projects.
Provide provision of staff support to the office, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support when necessary;
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, or any course in social sciences;
At least 3 years working experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrable experience in administration in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling administrative related issues
Competency and skill Requirement:
Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications (this may be tested during the selection process) – Microsoft office suite (excel word and power point), outlook express, internet etc.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability;
Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management;
Organizing and coordinating;
Knowledge of office management principles and procedures;
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information;
Ability to analyze and solve problems;

Salary Expectation: N200,000 TO N250,000 MONTHLY
