We also have a consulting arm that provides bespoke financial management services to clientsKey Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination activities.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure timely execution of assigned duties.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Support cross-functional projects and provide administrative assistance where required.
Monitor administrative expenses and maintain proper operational records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Admin.
Requirements
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Candidates must reside within or around Opebi, Ikeja, or nearby areas for easy commute.
