We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth office processes to enhance organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities and operations.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars where required.
Support staff with administrative and operational needs.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
