Demonstrate strong knowledge of IGCSE and Wace curriculum content in the assigned subject area.
Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IGCSE and Waec curriculum.
Teach students using a variety of effective instructional strategies to promote active learning.
Plan engaging lessons and prepare effective learning materials.
Assign regular classwork, homework, and assessments to evaluate students understanding.
Monitor students progress and provide regular feedback.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Implement academic policies and the subject curriculum to ensure students receive the highest standards of education.
Provide regular feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education in the relevant subject area.
Teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, TRCN. or equivalent) preferred.
Experience teaching IGCSE and Waec
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
