Job Summary
The 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic visual representations of architectural, interior, and workspace design projects. The role involves translating architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts into compelling 3D models, renderings, and animations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop accurate and detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.
Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for interior and exterior architectural projects.
Create 3D models of office spaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, executive offices, collaborative workspaces, and commercial interiors.
Model custom furniture, fixtures, and interior accessories where required.
Ensure all models are built according to approved design specifications and dimensions.
Produce realistic interior renderings showcasing furniture layouts, lighting, materials, and finishes.
Create exterior visualizations illustrating building facades, landscaping, and surrounding environments.
Apply realistic materials, textures, reflections, and lighting effects to enhance visual quality.
Generate high-resolution images suitable for client presentations and marketing purposes.
Revise renderings based on design modifications and client feedback.
Present multiple design options to support client decision-making.
Demonstrate efficient space planning and furniture arrangements through visual presentations.
Create and manage material boards for client presentations.
Experiment with different lighting moods and environments to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Produce architectural walkthrough animations and fly-through videos.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Technical Designers, Project Managers, and Site Teams.
Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design concepts accurately.
Attend design review meetings and contribute creative ideas.
Educational Requirements
Candidates should possess:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
Architecture
Interior Design
Fine Arts
Industrial Design or any related courses
Minimum of 2–5 years experience in:
Architectural visualization
Interior design visualization
Workspace design projects
Commercial and corporate office projects
Previous experience in an architectural, interior design, or workspace design company is an added advantage.
