Safely transport patients to and from the hospital, referral centres, and other designated locations.
Drive other hospital vehicles for official assignments as directed by management.
Assist with the safe loading and unloading of patients in collaboration with clinical staff.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and readiness for use.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Comply with traffic regulations, hospital policies, and patient confidentiality requirements.
Respond promptly to authorised transportation requests, including emergencies.

Requirements

Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Valid Nigerian driver's licence appropriate for assigned vehicles.
At least 3 years of driving experience; ambulance or hospital driving experience is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and first aid.
Must be reliable, punctual, courteous, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
