We are looking for an experienced Treasury and Investment Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing treasury, liquidity, banking, and investment activities.
The successful candidate will help ensure the business has the funding, financial controls, and insights needed to support sustainable growth.
This role will also contribute to strategic financial decisions, capital allocation, fundraising, and corporate finance activities.
Responsibilities
Managing daily cash positioning, cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital requirements
Developing short-, medium-, and long-term cash-flow forecasts
Optimizing cash conversion and the use of available funds
Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and funding partners
Supporting debt raising, refinancing, working-capital facilities, guarantees, and other funding arrangements
Supporting fundraising, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction activities
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Analyzing financial performance, market trends, and operational drivers to provide actionable management insights
Supporting investment evaluation and strategic capital allocation decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
ICAN or ACCA qualification is required
6–8 years of relevant experience across treasury, corporate finance, investment analysis, FP&A, banking, investment banking, or consulting
Demonstrable experience in cash-flow management, liquidity planning, investment appraisal, or capital raising
Strong financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, debt structures, working capital, and financial controls
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
Strategic thinking and strong business development capability
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actions
Experience with ERP platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage
CFA or MBA is an added advantage.
