Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning services across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Staff Supervision
Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Client Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Address complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Quality Assurance
Implement and monitor cleaning standards and KPIs.
Carry out audits and inspections to ensure service excellence.
Develop and enforce corrective action plans when needed.
Financial & Resource Management
Manage budgets, invoices, and cost controls for cleaning contracts.
Oversee procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Reporting & Administration
