Male candidate for gender balance
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience
Must hold a recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis
Experience in an educational setting will be an added advantage
