The ideal candidate will ensure efficient output, high-quality standards, and smooth coordination across all functional areas of the feedmill.

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in feedmill production management.
Strong knowledge of feedmill processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
Proven ability to manage production teams and coordinate with other functional areas (maintenance, warehousing, logistics).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
