Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the efficient coordination of manufacturing, logistics, and administrative activities.
Assist in monitoring production schedules and follow up with production teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Support inventory management by tracking raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse, production floor, and delivery units to ensure smooth operational flow.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including production output, inventory status, and delivery performance.
Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, following up with suppliers, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining vendor documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounts teams to support the achievement of operational objectives.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse administration, or a related role is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare reports, analyze operational data, and maintain accurate records.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physically fit and willing to spend time on the production floor and in the warehouse as required.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
Knowledge of inventory management and production processes is an added advantage.
